ASCO products are known and recognised around the world as leaders in power transfer switching. As business continuity becomes crucial in the face of power loss or crisis situations, more and more businesses are looking to install emergency power back up systems.
At the very centre of a well engineered standby power system is the switching so the transition from mains supply to generator is seamless and totally reliable.
For electrical contractors now there is a solution for even small installations and in three phase or single phase options.
The ASCO 230 Series automatic transfer switch consists of an intelligent controller and a modular load break switch which automatically transfers the load to the emergency power source when it detects under/over voltage, under/over frequency, or phase failure.
Installation:
With a current capacity from 32A up to 400A the 230 series ATS has applications in many commercial buildings and specialty facility applications such as aged care, schools, laboratories and computer rooms.
Because of its compact size the ASCO 230 Series ATS can be fitted into smaller enclosures and easily retrofitted to many older style switchboards, removing the need for costly upgrades.
There are four frame sizes in the range to cover the load range 32A- 800 Amps along with two types of controller and other options adding to the flexibility to meet many installation requirements and budgets
Active are carrying most models of the ACSO 230 Series ATS in stock ex Auckland and Timaru branches for overnight delivery.
